Regarding periods
I am not having periods since six months...bt i m nt pregnant..there are no signs of pregnancy though...last time when i had my periods...just after that i had an i pill and sincd then i didnt had my periods

Go to your gynaecologist and take tablets for withdrawal bleeding. Get all blood investigations and scan done to diagnose the problem. Excercise regularly and have more of fresh vegetables.
