Mam last month i got my date 0n 8th sep this month on 4th bleeding s not to b seen more i didn't have any pain during the cycle today i m suffering 4rm sever abdomen pain i m hypertension and diabetic last month i did scan in that fibroids r been noticed in uterus

These are usual symptoms when u have fibroids in uterus ..it will be painful and can have heavy bleeding.. hypertension and diabetes are other added co morbidity...you can take medicines to relieve your pain...and kindly share your ultrasound report for further guidance.
