Regarding placenta previa
Hello Doctor. Im 31 years and pregnancy of 20 weeks for second baby. My first delivery was c section. I had a hemorrhoids from very long back. But was not paining and sometimes it was bleeding if I use pilex cream and tablets I use to be fine. A skin had come out from anus from past 10 years . When checked with doc while delivery for 1st baby she said not to worry. Now I had a anatomy scanning in that extra placenta is been growing and doc said may cause bleeding . I have got hemorrhoids again and doc have given cream to apply. Kindly advise will that be cure. Will be harm to me and my baby. Please assist.

Hello haemorrhoids  in pregnancy  is due to constipation  so avoid it, drill more water and fiber diet you should take. Apply sucral ano at rectum internally just before the motion so there will not be forceful motion and your haemorrhoids  will not be buldge.

Haemmoroids is very common in pregnancy due to constipation.Avoid constipation by using plenty of water and laxative.Eat more fibrous diet and avoid masala,oil and outside food.Continue the piled cream.
