Hi,
I am 33 yr old and have a 3.5yr old daughter.
After my delivery, I started having weird symptoms before my menstrual cycle, from a year its lil problematic for me to handle all during those 5days. Like i get to feel my body is becoming too hot, I get lots of skin breakout on face, sometimes heat boils on tongue, heat boils in throat, sore throat, stomach upset, or my hemmoroids gets aggravated.
Does these really happen because of the body heat? Everybody says my body gets heat very easily like from food items ( garlic, ginger, pepper) and tea coffee etc. My biggest problem is how to keep my body free from pitta always.
My grany says i was basically pitta deha from the beginning. I need help , is it pitta that causes these heat boils?
It becomes more when i take head bath after applying lot of oil to my scalp.
I am tired of all of these. Please help me what to do about it.
Thanks in advance!!!

As you mentioned about your prakruti, Vitiated pitta dosha due to vata causes these symptoms. Preparing a channel for removing this from the body is necessary. For this purpose, you have to take panchakarma to cleanse the body and then medications should be continued to maintain balance between the systems
