Regarding pregnancy
I recently got married and had unprotected sex with my partner on 29th day of my period cycle. And my expected periods date was on 4th October. I have not got my periods yet and I have done urine test to check for pregnancy as suggested by doctor. And it is always negative. Yesterday I.e., on 16th October spotted blood(light brown colour) and it didn't bleed after that. I spot light pinkish/ brownish discharge. Please suggest the best.

You have had contact , just before your periods , so there is no chance of pregnancy . Spotting must have been your delayed period .
You have to rule out hormonal imbalance . So you need to consult gynaecologist and also ask her regarding menstrual cycle and pregnancy .
