Regarding pregnancy
Is it suggested to take folic acid tablets for early pregnancy?? Please suggest as i am planning to conceive since 1 year but have not used any medicines till now.

And I appreciate you concern.
Yes folic is really advisable during the early stages of pregnancy and it is indicated during pregnacy in he the first trimester to prevent the anomalies in the foetus. Usual folic won't be much in mother's during pregnancy for that purpose doctors supplement their patient with folic acid and iron to meet their bodily nutrient demand and to avoid the anomalic conditions.
