Regarding rabies vaccine. Dog bite?

I had taken last dose rabies vaccine and after 1 hour a dog had chased me and not sure If it bite or scratched me , this happened yesterday, I have posted this question already but a doctor has commented clean it with soap and water but this happened 2 days before , I haven't cleaned it because I was not sure it was a dog related scratch , but in the past 4 months I have taken about 10 rabies vaccines , and immediately after the last dose I got a bite again , so it's ok right doctor , and nurse had given me the last dose in an angle to my arm and not perpendicular to my deltoid region , that doesn't matter right , because I jus tread an article where they said IM have to be given perpendicularly , hope she gave my last dose properly and there is no need of vaccine because after dose after 1 hour I had a potential dog bite
