Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Stress is a very generic terms to represent any emotional disturbance in your mind that impacts both emotions and behaviors. Behaviors with anger, frustration, irritation etc are expression or outburst of stress in your mind. There are plenty of general stress management solutions and advices available to follow. But what's important is, to understand the root cause behind your emotional disturbance  first and then suggest suitable stress management that can be  followed practically. Otherwise, you will just try to address the symptoms and not the root cause. Better take a professional help to assess your current suitation suitation, work life imbalance, food habits, relationships issues etc identify the root cause. Feel free to reach out to me online or call for further assistance to handle your stress. Be positive. You will be alright soon.

Dear mam Is there any particular reason why you are feeling this way? There are various things that you can do to deal with stress like talk to your friends and family about how you are feeling, regular exercise and meditation, certain relaxation techniques like calm breathing, spending time in doing things that you like. If all this does not help, please seek professional help. Contact me or any other psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and management. If you are feeding sad, lack interest, feel hopeless, have disturbed sleep and appetite then it all could be symptom of clinical depression and it needs treatment. Please see a professional for detailed evaluation and Treatment.i am sure you will feel better with right treatment and support. Regards Dr Ankita Mishra

Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation you are currently facing in your life right now . Having recurrent feelings of stress , nervousness and getting angry are all indicative of having unhealthy coping mechanisms for the stressful situation either personal or professional that have been disturbing you . You can try and practice guided deep breathing and meditation early in the morning to calm your mind and help you relax , try and go for regular walks as it helps you feel better emotionally and physically as well . Try and surround yourself with close friends and family members whom you can share your thoughts and feelings with . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for proper diagnosis and a personalized treatment plan to help you cope with the situations in a healthy and positive manner . You can also get in touch with me through the practo app for any further help or guidance .
