Greetings. Hope you all are doing fine at this hour. I want to know what are the main symptoms of Tuberculosis of chest? And is there any permanent cure. I need to write best answer in one of my medical exams.

Thanks for ur concern.
The main symptoms of TB are cough with expectoration, haemoptysis or blood tinged sputum, fever, ( mostly evening rise of temperature), significant weight loss, even chest pain and breathlessness in old age or chronic patients.
Yes there is permanent cure, the treatment is mainly combination of bacteriostatic and bactericidal drugs. It varies from 6 months to years depending upon of category of TB case.
