Diabetes diet is all about calorie and the carbohydrate count which u consume. So if u want to eat some time in a restaurant u can have but remember always to for for healthy choices like more of salads, which has more veggies and less carbohydrates. Having said that it difficult to have a balanced diet at a normal restaurant so better to avoid frequent out side food. Home made alternative can b a better choice.
