Regards pregnancy. Proper information.

I had sex with my partner. We had used protection but it didn't worked and i think that i am pregnant because of these symptoms Nausia No sleep Sometimes weakness. Vomit feel after. Meals Missed periods. Lil headache n bk pain age o aslo I didn't did my urine pregnancy test. If i would be pregnant then till how many days i can have medication abortion without parents consent because it's already 1 months ago. After sex i was having little bit bleeding 24*7 and mild cramps and abdominal pain but it converted to bleeding which seemed to be same as periods blood but it continued for  nearly 15 to 20 days. I went to doctor but without proper checkup she said it is happening due to weakness and gave me some medicine. Please help me with these and give me proper information.
