I've been having a constant headache and a running nose since few help me find a solution

Hi there...there are different types of headache like migraine, tension type, cluster headache, due to sinusitis, visual disturbance...this one looks like sinusitis related... take steam inhalation and do salt water gargling thrice daily if no improvements you may require antibiotics.
