Regular Headaches
I work in an office doing accounting work. My work involves continuous working on the laptop as well as reading from papers (handwritten and printed). After working for few hours, I get a headache (usually starts in the afternoons). It happens almost on every working day. Once I go home, it reduces and usually stops by night. Sometimes, it still remains severe and continuous until the next day. What could be the possible causes for this? What solutions would you suggest? P.S.: I use spectacles
