Regular infection in nose piercing
Got my nose pierced by a gun a few months back. My nose healed properly after a few weeks but the infection with redness, puss and pain keeps coming back regularly. Can't seem to understand the problem when though I'm not wearing any cheap metal ornaments in the piercing.

You might be suffering from recurrent chondritis.
The cartilage in nose might be infected.
You need to have a detailed evaluation by a plastic surgeon who deal with facial problems.
In case you are using that piercing you should avoid any ornaments
