Regular Stomach Ache

From past 3 months I am doing night shifts.
I noticed that after every night shift week I am going through a severe stomach ache.
What is the reason behind this.

Often irregularities in biological clock schedule causes many motabolic issues in the body. You need to regulate you daily sleep cycles and make up ur mind for night shifts. As for your stomach ache it is most likely poor digestion and i would suggest the following medicine for 1 week. Tab Pantop-D 1 tab once a day emty stomach and Syrup digestive enzyme 1 tsf 2 times a day

eat less/non spicy food. drink lots of fluids and if problem persists then get a ultrasound abdomen done
