Hi i am a girl of 14 years , i have regular weakness almost everyday .. i noticed that when i climb on a chair or a ladder i have dizziness .. i want to know what to do in order to be more strong rather than weak

It is called postural hypotension, more common in low BP people, all above activities should be done slowly, take lots of water, if your BP is low you can take little more salt.
