Related to giltiya in body

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hi my father aged 60 frequently complains of pain in the different parts of the body...he complains pain starts where gilti starts building up and after it is formed it stays there without pain.. So just wanted to ask like is it harmful or do I need to go for some kind of treatment
