Hi my Aunt is diagnosed with PCOS and following is the clinical impression : Complex right ovarian cyst causing mild right hydronephrosis cyst size : 12.8*8.8*13.2com(volume -785cc doctor suggested her to remove the ovary and uterus surgically. She had c-section twi.ce . Is it suggested to go ahead with the surgery and does that cause any affect on health

With such a huge cyst which is causing hydronephrosis it is advisable to undergo surgery as soon as possible. With good surgeon and hospital equipment nowdays hardly any side effects. All da best. Get well soon
