If you were put on progesterone support for iui cycle that might have caused delayed menses or causing spotting. Have you done blood bhcg test to confirm? Please share your diagnosis for anovulation for better understanding of your case. Thankyou

No ovulation can be due to PCOD. Need reports Brown discharge if it is just a spot and one time it is normal indicates success and implantation. If continues discharge then it may be a failure. Do a TORCH infection and APLA profile. Consult for further discussion
