Asked for Female, 30 Years

I have a history of PCKD, with normal kidney functions.acc to my gynac, I have anteverted uterus too..It's been 4 yrs of marriage and I cudnt concieve. Had undergone IUI twice..but it also failed as I got my periods on 35th day. Last yr conceived but had a missed abortion acc to my gynac.. Fetal heartbeat was missed in 14 days of conceiving. Since then me n husband have tried every month for same.. This year.. From last 2 months my menstural cycle is of 24 days and this month cycle goes till 31 days and on 32nd daym. I got me periods... Can it be missed abortion again?? Is it something I should worry about or try naturally only?
