My mom is having fever since 3 days. In a blood test there was some infection in the urine. She is also having back pain and joint pains. Blood reports are normal till now. No sugar . She is not able to get rid of fever. What medicines and treatment should be taken?
She is been given amikacin injection and tablets to cure fever. Fever arises till 100 degrees

ALKALIZER CITRALKA TWO TEASPOON FULL WITH HALF GLASS OF WATER THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS.
TABLET LEVOFLOXACILIN500 ONE PER DAY AFTER FOOD FOR FIVE DAYS.
TABLET PARACETAMOL 500 MG TWO TIMES A DAY ROUND THE CLOCK OR AS REQUIRED FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS.
ADVICE,
URINE FOR
CULTURE N SENSITIVE.
IT IS VERY HELPFUL TO WHICH MEDICINE SHE RESPOND.
