Relationship. Don't know what to do?

I was in relationship since 7 yr ... After 2-3yr he started loosing interest in me ... As some other girl was in his life his so called friend only... I tried my best to clear the issues but he was not giving attention rather he was hurting me ... I couldn't talk to my parents as my mother is already a psychiatric patient ... Day by day I was going in deep depression ... I started avoiding everything... I decided to make compromises ... my family was also involved so I couldn't not break this relationship ... But finally when I couldn't tolerate his behavior I made decision to left him... Now when I have moved he came back . He wasn't me to come back in his life ...But I really don't want him again...Don't know what to do?
