My mother has piles. please suggest home remedies or ayurvedic medicine for piles so she can relief. She has no bleeding but pain is there when she go for stool.

Ask her to sit in hot water tub preferably twice a day. Will help reduce pain. Pile mass are unlikely to go so it would be better to get it removed by laser which has less of side effects. Also she can apply Shatadhaut ghrit at the anus before passage of stools.

Have plenty of luke warm water. Include lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Avoid spicy,fried, heavy and non vegetarian food. Make sure you clear your bowel daily.
