You could go for fractional CO2 laser resurfacing. This is done in multiple sessions once a month or once in 6 weeks till your marks have subsided. This will cause some pigmentation on the lased area depending on your skin type. The pigmentation will subside after 2 or 3 months of stopping the laser. Generally 6 to 8 sessions are required.
