What is the treatment for Renal artery stenosis,my brother 18 yrs old has an bp 140/90 and mild chest pain in both the upper side and currently taking medicine cap rapolon d and vinicor d 25,so what is to be done incase of renal artery stenosis as we are little bit worried about him cause in 18 yrs age only he has an bp rise.Plz answer me in detail about the treatment in renal artery stenosis and why his BP always rise
