Hello. Your Renal stone is very small (4mm). Renal stone may be due to some reason like high serum uric acid level, high blood calcium level etc . You can take proper water and fluids like coconut water etc. You should take water 4 to 5 litre per day .in a normal way.   It may help to remove stone easily . And one more things , please don't avoid urging of urination , you should go for urination , when you feel it. If you take long time for urination ( hold urine in bladder and kidney long time ) it is very harmful , and lead to develop Renal stone. Also avoid to take green vegetables and tomato. Ok. But don't worry , By Homoeopathic medicines , it is easily curable without any side effects. You should consult me at  my private chat section for best treatment and advice. Ok. Thank you for your question. Take care yourself.
Next Steps
consult me  through Practo . if your renal stone reoccurring ( baar baar ho raha ho to ) , you should go for some blood test like serum uric acid , serum calcium and  Iron level test.

Hello , stones less than 9 mm can come out , depending on the location of the stone. Can you specify more details mentioned on the ultrasound. There is no specific amount of water you need to drink it differs from person to person , ideally take in as much as you are thirsty and 10-20 percent more than that . Excessive water intake can flush out electrolytes , which can cause imbalance.
