Reoccurred peritoneal deposits
My uncle K Gangachalam age 65 diagnosed with carcinoma of stomach in 2013 had been operated radical distal gastrectomy followed with 6 cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy. And now in 2017 again diagnosed with peritoneal deposits one ill defined hypoechoic mass lesion seen in right iliac fossa(38*30mm), Another mass lesion seen in pelvis on right side obstructing the right lower ureter causing moderate hydronephrosis, Right vesico ureteric junction mass lesion (23*20)mm . Please suggest something
