Reoccurring painful acne
It's been more Dan 7 years I'm struggling with my face . I've been gone to dozens of doctors and always did wht doc prescribed me. Different types of topical cream facewashes,accutane too. Some cleared my skin some doesn't.ive been on healthy diet from many years, drinking more than 4 litre of water perday ,I do take care of myskin still my skin is not clear.My LH hormone , insulin levels are normal as my doctor said . currently I have red pain zits allover my cheeks some on chin.pls suggest me proper skincare products Nd topical cream .

There is no reason why you should be suffering from severe acne for so long. You may be tmore sensitive to some steroid hormones or the level of some steroid hormones in the blood may be higher.
Many times that we are taking is good but it may not be on the right track for example many people get more acne while taking milk cheese and high glycaemic index foods .
