  4. Repetitive strain injury. Me to cure?

Hi there im having rsi last only I confirmed with residence doctor My fingers and wrist so hurting then I cant write ,they give me wrist brace and tablets ,and im too cracking my fingers always to relieve which makes week fingers With this im doing physical streches Suggest me quick recover tips? Is ultrasonic treatment can help me to cure?
