Required substitute of given medicine.

Actually my wife is pregnant and we are also consulting with doctor in Lucknow. doctor prescribed her few medicine and told to come after 30 days and we bought the medicine and came back to my home place farrukhabad which is 250 km far from Lucknow but my mistake the medicine bag left behind in train and the medicine which  doctor prescribed is not available here in farrukhabad. medicines are given below: 1. Eios Fem: formula: Ferrous Asparto glycinate, L-methylfolate calcium, mecobalamin, pyridoxal-5-phosphate & cholecalciferol tablet. 2. Covin Forte: formula: Methylcobalamine, alphalipoicAcid, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B6, Folic acid, Chromiun Capsules. 3. Safecal-Z: formula: calcitriol, calcium carbonate & zinc Sulphate Softgel Capsules. kindly help me to provide substitute of these medicines.
