I was operated on 22nd June, 2018 for 1st stage cancer, that was detected on the right lateral border of my tongue. Although the infectious part was removed surgically, my PET Scan report indicates Residual Active Disease (RDA) - Clinical Correlation. I am attaching my PET Scan report to my query. Kindly advise on further steps that would need to be taken.
Warm Regards,

It is normal that after surgery pet CT may still show the post operative wound as active lesion.. But, there would not be any residual lesion. don't get worried and be in regular follow-up
