Hi Note down the following points and you will never face any issue. 1. You should avoid wide opening while yawning as there is a possibility of getting your jaw locked. 2. Support your lower jaw with your hands while opening wide. 3. Also you should make a habit of simulataneous  hot and cold fermentation over the muscles of TMJ. This will be a blessing for u. 4. Whenever u feel stiffness in that area specially in winter have a muscle relaxant to calm the muscles and to avoid any jaw locking. 5. Avoid clenching your teeth so as to avoid any trauma to your joint. Dr Hina Mehrotra MDS

Support you jaw while yawning and laughing. Avoid opening you mouth too wide. Avoid eating burgers, pani puri, etc anything which requires you to open too wide.
