Retinal pignentosa
Diagnosed with Retinal pignentosa and it says there is no cure. i am concern that i loose my eye sight please help. have read some drop acetazolamide can help or any vitamin tablets etc.

Hi . It is true that RP has no treatment and is a genetic condition which is inherited. But, there are various varieties,  some of them do not progress very fast. You can maintain nutrition, take some supplements,  adjust lifestyle accordingly. There was some electrical stimulation therapy available for some, you can speak to your Retina doctor.
