Retinal telangectasis
I have coats disease (retinal telangectasis) in myt left eye which are progressive and it is treated by green laser two times. my secomd eye has 6/60 vision and my left eye vision is 6/18. I am woory about my future because I can see with my only left eye and also it has coats disease. please guide me how my future is and can I get a handicapped certificate in india because of this coats disease

Since this is a progressive disease hence you must be very careful and get yourself examined at a regular interval. As far as your future is concerned,so you must expertise yourself in some technical line.eg computer or online business or something like that. For handicapped certificate one who has less than 6/60vision in both eyes is eligible for the handicapped certificate.
