Retinal vasculitis vitreous hemorrage
I m suffering from retinal vasculitis and vetrous hemorrhage in my eye , presently under treatment ,my two test are positive HLA B5(51/52) and TB gold interferon gamma release assay, my doctor say due to TB positive retinal vasculitis happen but when I take second opinion second doctor say that TB positive not means you suffer from TB but my my who treat me say that you suffer from TB and give the medicine of TB , but I m not take this  .

There is no clear cut cause of peripheral retinal vasculitis or Eale's disease. Tuberculosis is major cause of this disease, there will be devided opinion to start anti tubercular treatment.
Next Steps
In my opinion you should take anti tubercular treatment as advised by your first Doctor.
