Hello RP per se is not a contraindications for lasik. However the visual potential and expectations of the patient need to be discussed with his eye surgeon prior to undergoing any interventional laser correctional procedure. 11D might be difficult to treat with laser unless you are thinking of leaving some residual error behind. Make sure you have a full dilated examination and corneal and lens examination to make sure you have no other ocular pathology.
