Retraction of foreskin
I have started masturbating from the last month's and recently discovered that I can't retract this foreskin which at first I thought was common but later on I got to know that it isn't. It's really really painful if I try to pull it back. Is there any way other than surgery for this

If it’s complete phimosis, it won’t improve with medicines, surgery is required
