Hi i am 15 week pregnant, yesterday in my scan it is found that retroplacental collection of 2.7 ml. What it means, why it causese? Does it affect my baby, what are precautions

It is very small quantity of blood collection which occurs during implantation of embryo
There is nothing to worry atal.
Your Doctor should prescribe mild haemostatics
