Review needed on LFT & Lipid profile
I have got my routine medical test and my rest of the reports look normal including KFT. The only issue I found in these given two reports since I can see few numbers written in bold which I guss something issue. So wanted to confirm what is the issue, it's normal or some serious concern. Thanks in advance!

Targeted gradual weight reduction. Avoid fatty meals. Brisk walk 30 -40 minutes daily. Develop a active lifestyle. Dyslipidaemic drugs will be indicated if theres persistence beyond 3 months

Your liver enzymes and cholesterol seems to be elevated. Assuming that you are non hypertensive and you are not on any medication, I suggest you to take low fat, low protein and high carbohydrate diet. Daily walking for at least half an hour and some exercises should help. Take light and non spicy food. Avoid non veg for at least 2 weeks. Stop alcohol intake if you are habituated. For deranged liver enzymes you Can take tablet udiliv 150mg twice a day for 2 weeks  and recheck LFT.
