I need expert advice from a rheumatologist only. I am taking saaz hcqs and methotrexate 7.5 but suffering from swelling on elbows n hand

Rheumatoid nodules is one of the presentation of rheumatoid arthritis. If nodules are present that means disease is severe . Repeat this investigations 1.ESR 2.CRP 3. Rheumatoid factor 4. LFT 5. RFT 6. CBC Visit rheumatologist Dose of methotrexate may be need to increase to control disease
