Right arm and hand goes numb
For the pass month my arm and hand has been going numb it wakes me up out my sleep it also last for quite some time it hurts an makes me really scared i dont knows whats going on and im starting to get worried.

Numbness on urs arm and hand may b due to the triger points on urs upper back around urs scapula bone and on urs shoulder region or area between urs neck and shoulder. I want u to check those region ... m sure u ll hv pain in those region when to give mild presure. I want u to do massage over urs upper back and exXrcise 4r hand.... u can go 4r physiotherapy session
