Pain in right breast after periods from one month the pain comes and goes I have taken pain killer also and vitamin tablet also

Do self examination of breast for any lump, take healthy balanced diet green vegetables salads and seasonal fruits and avoid oily spicy and sugery food drink plenty of water do regular exercises brisk walk
Take tablet primosa 1000 twice a day for 15 days ,if no relief please reach out
