Right cheek swelling from last 3 months
My right cheek is gradually becoming fat or swelling and it gives sensations in between . I have been smoking for 2 years . I am also having a sore throat for last 10 months. Do you think it is anything serious?

Any one sided facial swelling needs to evaluated in detail by clinical examination and other tests such as ultrasound examination and fine needle aspiration cytology. Once diagnosis is confirmed appropriate treatment can be planned
