Right ear blocked
My right ear got block yesterday when i was sleeping and i think some internal fluid from nose blocked that as my nose was blocked when i woke up and my head from right side was paining too. I am attaching the images of my ct scan report can anyone tell me which surgery i should go through.

You have deviated nasal septum to right and infections in both maxillary sinuses.. Sinusitis can be cleared with medicines but for septum you need surgical intervention.. Consult nearest ent surgeon he will brief you about the surgery
