Right eye less focus
My right eye has got a little weak ,I can read far letters from only left eye but when I try to do it from right ,I sometimes can't.I don't wear any spectacles.This seems to be an early stage ,please let me know any eye drop and. Measures to improve my condition so that it doesn't worsen in future.

You can use any lubricant eye drop and take multi vitamins for eye, but the most important thing is to get a detailed examination by an ophthalmologist.
It might be a minor refractive error for which you may require spectacles.
