Right hand on palm is burning ocontinuou
I have problem in right hand palm in centre burning sensation from last 5 yrs. I also consult to nerouphysician and neurosurgen they prescribed tab- Deluxetine and tab- gabapentin but no any solution come but by taking Deluxetine it's better relief nbot good but after that it also come on same position.
Neurophysician said it's no any problem.but when I read anything books messages newspaper at that time I couldn't concentrate and I totally feeling uncomfortable but same time I stick my hand to any cool place I face relief and I succes to read anything ..it's problem in whrist or please tell me where I should I counsult.

I also done nerves test it's normal.

From your symptoms it could be peripheral neuropathy.it may be carpal tunnel syndrome.do you have diabetes? Do you have neck pain?
Next Steps
if you don't have diabetes or neck pain you can go for a nerve conduction study of right upper limb for confirmation of diagnosis.if the pain is radiating from neck down to hand,u need MRI of cervical spine to diagnosis any spondylosis problem.also check the blood sugar level
