Hello, Iam suffering from pain on back of my knee may be its due to any injury to ligaments its been almost 2 years iam unable to get rid of this pain i have also done MRI of it alongwith also attended physiotherapy sessions.

There may be ligament or meniscus tear. Share MRI reports . You may need arthroscopic surgery to get rid off this pain and swelling.

You have not told what are you looking for other than the fact that you have pain in knee..if you have done and still unsure if it's from a ligament..then there is something else wrong with the mri/ the report or with your knee..please see a good orthopaedician who can assess you properly and not ask investigations at his will and fancy
