Persistence of knee pain could only mean that she has aggravated her previous pathology. The Mri shows that she had a significant injury to her knee leading to swelling inside the knee, ligament strains and partial tears in her soft tissues inside the knee. If she had a similar injury again then it’s possible that those problems have come back. For time being, she should give her knee rest. Take some painkillers to help her with pain. And apply ice three times a day .
Next Steps
Look for any swelling or redness around the knee and consult immediately if pain does not reduce.
Health Tips
Do not fold you knee to much and avoid sitting in the ground .
