Right knee Patella
I got the Tension Binding Wire (k wire) removed from my right Patella a month back. The final x-ray reports were absolutely normal according to the doctor. I could not do the physiotherapy exercises properly for the first 2 weeks till the stitches were removed. Now the shape of Patella seems to be slightly dislocated towards right compared to the shape of left leg. Is it normal? Is there any particular exercise for that? Kindly suggest

This problem arised due to lack of exercises in earlier part of rehabilitation, now go for supervised exercises with a physiotherapist for proper activation of medial thigh muscles.

Ya patella is not dislocated it is just being pulled towards the right side because of overaction of thight lateral vastalis muscle and disuse atrophy of vastus medialis muslce Seek some Physiotherapist opinion to quide you for patella maltracking exercises
