Right leg numbness feelings continous
Hi I feel my legs numbness ...my work is most of sitting in chair for long time may be due to that..I m 36 yrs old ...it is now continous numbness feelings in my right leg only ..please suggest me .

Hi it may be due to prolonged sitting effects on your nerves. Keep changing position and get a vitamin B12 levels.  Start cap nervup for 1-2 months if the levels are low
